Tracking jobs is the cornerstone of Pro Solo—this feature helps you understand your Effective Hourly Rate (EHR) and profitability.


What This Feature Does

Jobs record all revenue, hours, travel, and direct costs so you can see how much each contributes to your overall profitability.


Why It Matters

Knowing job-level profitability shows:

  • Which jobs need a pricing increase
  • Which jobs contribute most to your income
  • Whether travel is costing too much


How to Use It

Navigate to Jobs

  1. Click Jobs in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Add Job.


Fill in Job Details

Basic Information

  • Job Name: Example = "Weekly PT Session - John Smith."
  • Job Type: Example = "Personal Training."
  • Frequency: Example = "Weekly."
  • Hours per Visit: Example = "3 hours."
  • Price per Visit: Example = $150 (GST-inclusive).


Optional Details

  • Travel Time: One-way (auto-doubles for return).
  • Travel Distance: One-way (e.g., 12 km).
  • Notes: Example = "Focus on HIIT and flexibility."


Review Profitability Preview

On the right:

  • Annual Revenue (GST-exclusive).
  • Net Profit.
  • Effective Hourly Rate (EHR).


Save Job

Click Save Job to log it.
