What This Feature Does
Pro Solo lets you set annual, monthly, weekly, or daily overhead expenses. These are automatically allocated across your jobs.

How to Use It
Navigate to Overheads
- Click Overheads in the left sidebar.
- Select Add Overhead.
Essential Overheads to Add
Superannuation
Sole traders must track super contributions as overheads.
Annual Income × 12% = Annual Super Contribution
Example: $70,000 × 12% = $8,400 per year
- Description: "Superannuation Contribution"
- Amount: $8,400
- Period: Annual
- Category: Insurance
Vehicle Costs
Common vehicle-related overheads include:
- Registration: $900/year
- Insurance: $1,200/year (includes GST).
Other Common Overheads
- Public Liability Insurance: $800/year.
- Mobile Phone: $60/month.
- Software Subscriptions: $50/month.
- Accounting Fees: $2,000/year.

Most expenses include a 10% GST. Select Includes GST if applicable.
